Responsible for developing and implementing an Account Retention program. Portfolio consists of ~$75M in revenues; servicing ~50M square feet. Supporting a team of 8 Business Development Managers and 4 Regional Vice Presidents.

Recruited to drive revenue of the education market and expand service offerings related to maintenance. Responsible for developing and implementing an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) program intended to increase service offering and significant revenue growth. The primary function of this role was Program/Solutions Development and Pricing for large contracts.  Portfolio consists of ~$105M in revenues; servicing ~75M square feet. Supported a team of 8 Business Development Managers and 4 Regional Vice Presidents.
