Managed facility management contracts across Ohio. Services provide to Higher Education and K-12 clients. Book of business consisted of ~$17M in annual revenues with an associated portfolio of ~13M square feet.
Services overseen include: Integrated Facilities Management, Plant Operations & Maintenance, Landscaping, Housekeeping, Energy Management and Construction/Renovations.
Accountable for P & L, client retention, budgeting, contract administration and support for sale activities. Served as Vice President during superior’s personal time off.
Directed 2 District Managers, 21 salaried managers and ~500 hourly employees.

Improve profit margins
Prior to assuming responsibility for the Ohio region this team was experiencing declining margins. Financial and operational controls were implemented driving margins and customer satisfaction.
